We are tucked away in Kippsenclave over in the Izzatnagar area. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the main parts of the city. Our building is where we handle all the science and nutrition work we do. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for the equipment and the supplies we need. Most of the time, the rooms are kept very clean and quiet so everyone can focus on what they are doing. We have a small group of people working here and we all know each other’s routines by now. Some of us spend the whole day looking at samples while others are busy with the logs and the shipping side of things. It’s not the kind of place that gets a lot of walk-in visitors. We mostly just deal with other businesses and suppliers. The neighborhood around Kippsenclave is nice enough, with a few trees and not too much traffic. Sometimes we have meetings in the small room at the front, but usually, we are just working in the back. It’s a serious job because we have to be careful with the details. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls or anything. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the daily tasks done. We’ve been in Izzatnagar for a bit now and it feels like home for the company. There’s always a fresh pot of tea in the break area for whoever needs a minute away from the benches. It's a simple rhythm we have.
