Our office is a straightforward place where we handle travel and overseas arrangements. It’s not about having a polished image; it’s about making sure the details are handled correctly. We deal with a lot of documents and requirements that can be pretty confusing for folks who haven't done it before. We spend our time sitting at these desks, checking passports and making sure all the information matches up. It can be tedious work, but it is necessary if you want to avoid problems later on. The office can get a bit cluttered with files and folders, but we know where everything is. We have a small team here, and we all grew up around this part of Bareilly. We aren't interested in using big words or making things sound more glamorous than they are. Travel is just about getting from one place to another, and our job is to help with that process. Sometimes the tea boy comes by and we take a quick break, but mostly we are focused on the screen and the person sitting across from us. Being near Patel Chowk means there is always someone coming in with a new question or a plan they want to start, and we just do our best to help them one by one until the day ends.
