We are located in the Rakesh Building, at 68 D, right by Chaupla Chauraha on Ayub Khan Road. This is in the Civil Lines area of Bareilly. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement and noise outside our windows. We run a bus service and do some tour planning as well. It keeps us on our toes. There are always buses to check on and drivers to talk to about their routes. The office is usually full of the sound of people asking about ticket prices or when the next bus leaves. It’s not a fancy place, just a working office with plenty of calendars on the wall and some old ledgers. We’ve been doing this for quite some time now. Some days are smoother than others, especially when the traffic in Bareilly gets really bad, but we do our best to stay on schedule. We don't have a big corporate structure or a marketing department. It’s just us and the crew who keep the buses moving day and night. People know they can come here and get a straight answer about their travel. We aren't interested in making things look better than they are. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the community here in Civil Lines.
