Sameer Spices is located at 110 Super City Ananda, right near the park in Bareilly. It’s a nice enough area to work in. You can usually smell the spices before you even get to our door. We spend our days sorting through different types of seasonings and getting them ready. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a massive factory with conveyor belts. Most of it is done by hand or with small machines we've had for years. The park nearby is a good place to take a break when things get too hectic inside. We’ve got bags of spices stacked up in the corners because we're running out of room. It’s a bit messy, but that’s what happens when you’re actually working. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us covered in turmeric or chili powder. It's just part of the trade. We focus on getting the flavors right. Sometimes we argue about which batch is better, but it's all in good fun. We’ve been part of the Bareilly community for a long time. People around here know us for what we do. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. We just let the product speak for itself and keep our heads down. It’s a simple business for simple people who just want to do right by their customers every single day.
