We’re over in Prakash Colony in Bareilly, specifically at the place of Kamlesh Devi in Kandharpur. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we are and we like it. Kamnet Design and Services is really just a bunch of us who like making things and fixing problems. We aren't some high-rise office building type of company. We work in a more residential-feeling area, which actually makes it a bit nicer because it doesn’t feel so cold and corporate. Most of what we do involves design and various services that keep us busy from morning till night. Bareilly is our base, and we like it here. It’s where we grew up or where we settled, and it makes sense to run the business from here. Sometimes we have to juggle a lot of different tasks at once because we are a small team without many hands. You might find us arguing over a design choice or figuring out how to fix a service issue, but we always figure it out eventually. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a front desk person to greet you at the entrance. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. It’s a bit messy sometimes with papers and cables everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We focus on the tasks at hand rather than making sure everything looks perfect for outsiders. It’s honest work and it keeps us going day after day.
