Hind Food Products

Hind Food Products is located out in Barka Gaon, which is part of the Marwan area. It’s a rural spot, away from the noise of the big towns. Most of the people working here are from the village itself. We started this because there wasn't much work around and we knew how to handle local crops. We make various food items, mostly simple things that families eat every day. Our building is just a plain structure, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s busy with people sorting, cleaning, and packing. We don’t have high-tech automation; it’s mostly hand-done work. That means we have to be careful with everything we do. Sometimes the road to the village gets muddy when it rains, making it hard for the trucks to get through, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just want to provide for our families and make something useful. The pace of life is a bit slower here, but the work is still hard. We start when the sun comes up and usually head home before it gets too dark. There’s a sense of community here because we all know each other. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy packaging. We just put the food in the bags and send it off to the local markets. It’s a basic way of living and working, but it’s what we know.
