Furzi Chef Llp

We are over at 43/44 in the 7 Star Apartment building. It’s right near D.D. Puram in the Krishna Wanti Colony. If you know the big water tank, we are just opposite that. It’s a decent spot for what we do. Furzi Chef isn't a huge operation. It’s mostly just a few of us working out of this space. We spend our mornings getting ingredients together and our afternoons making sure the kitchen is clean. The apartment vibe makes it feel more like a home than a big industrial kitchen. We see the same neighbors every day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, which makes carrying supplies a bit of a workout. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the food we are making today. D.D. Puram is a nice area and being near the water tank makes it easy for people to find us if they are looking. We have our regulars who know how we work. Some days we try out a new recipe and it works, other days we just stick to what we know. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours on our feet. We don't really have a corporate philosophy. We just want to get through the orders and make sure the kitchen is ready for tomorrow. It's a small life but it's our life and we are happy with it. We just keep cooking every single day.
