Bikaneri Vegetarian Fast Food Restrorent

This restaurant is on Choupla Road in the Civil Lines area of Bareilly. We are pretty close to the Hotel Diplomet, so we get a lot of people who are staying over there and looking for something quick to eat. It is a vegetarian place, which is what most of the locals around here prefer anyway. The road outside can be a bit of a mess with all the traffic coming through Civil Lines, but inside we try to keep things orderly. It is a fast food setup, so things move pretty quick. We spend most of our shift standing behind the counter or moving between the kitchen and the tables. It is not a place where you sit for hours, it is more for a quick meal before heading back to work or catching a bus. The menu is written on the wall and we just keep it simple. Bareilly is a busy town and Choupla Road is one of those places that never really goes quiet. We have a few regular customers who come in every single day, and we know their orders before they even speak. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the summer months, but we just get on with it. We do not have any big corporate backers or anything, it is just a local spot. We keep the napkins stocked and the water jugs filled and wait for the next rush.
