We operate out of Rajendra Nagar in Bareilly, specifically at B23/2. This is the office of Paramjeet Singh Dua, and it is where most of our daily work happens. It is not a flashy place with glass walls or fancy furniture. Instead, we have a few sturdy desks and plenty of files stacked up on shelves. The ceiling fan hums throughout the day while we handle our paperwork. Outside, the street can get quite noisy with local traffic and the sounds of the neighborhood, but we are used to it by now. We usually start our mornings by going through the mail and checking our lists. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We do not have a big reception area or a team of people in suits. It is just a few of us making sure everything is in order for the day. Being in Uttar Pradesh, we sometimes deal with power cuts or the heat, but we just manage with what we have. We do not try to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the tasks at hand at our Bareilly location. Most of our neighbors know us, and we like being part of this local community. It feels real and practical. We keep our hours regular and just try to get the work done without making a big fuss about it.
