Maartand Associates

We’ve been at B-20, Utsav in Mahanagar Part-1 for a while now. It’s just a small office where we handle our daily work. Usually, things get pretty busy in the mornings when the sun hits the front window and lights up the whole room. Maartand Associates is mostly just a few of us sitting around desks, dealing with paperwork and taking calls. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but we get by. We aren't doing anything fancy here. People stop by when they need something sorted out, and we do our part. The neighborhood is quiet enough, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but our spot in Utsav stays pretty much the same. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to stay on top of the files. It’s not a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular workplace where we show up, do what needs doing, and go home. If you walk past the Mahanagar Part-1 area, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big team, just enough people to handle the load that comes in. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door or what the mail brings. We just keep at it, one day at a time, making sure things don't pile up too much on the desks.
