We have our office in Block C3 of the Mission Campus in Civil Lines. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the area. We go by Cenate Advisors Llp. Our work involves giving advice to people and businesses who need a bit of guidance with their operations. Civil Lines is a nice part of town, and being in the Mission Campus gives us a bit of a quiet atmosphere to work in. We aren't a huge team. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our office is just a room with some tables, chairs, and a lot of files. We think that’s all we really need to get the job done. We talk to people, listen to their problems, and try to find a way through. It's not magic, just experience. Sometimes a client will come in and we'll just sit and talk for an hour. Other times, it's all quick emails. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook. We just do what makes sense for the person sitting across from us. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been at this location for a good bit now and don’t plan on moving. It suits us just fine. Mission Campus has a lot of history to it, and we like that feeling. Block C3 is tucked away so it's peaceful.
