We are out here in the G.I.D.C. area on Ten Road. Bardoli is a good place for this kind of work, even if it gets a bit hot sometimes. The facility is where everything happens, from early morning until late afternoon. It’s a lot of physical work, dealing with the agro products and making sure things are packed right before they head out. We don’t spend much time on fancy office stuff because the real work is on the floor. It gets dusty sometimes, and the trucks coming in and out keep us busy. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The guys know the routine. We just show up, handle the inventory, and get the orders out. It’s a practical business. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, just local people working. Ten Road can get busy during harvest times, which changes how we move things around. We just deal with whatever the day brings. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the products we handle and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the machinery needs a bit of attention, so we fix it and keep going. That’s just life in an industrial zone. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company, just trying to do our jobs. It’s honest work and we stay busy throughout the year. Most of us have been here since the start.
