Variand

We are at Shop No.12 inside the Rahat Complex on Gandhi Road here in Bardoli. The complex is a bit older, and our shop is tucked away in one of the corners near the back stairs. It’s a small space, so we have to be very careful about how we stack our stock so things don't fall over. We deal with various items, mostly things people need for their daily lives or small electronics that need fixing. There is a small desk where I sit most of the day, and a couple of plastic chairs for anyone who wants to sit down for a minute while we look for what they need. The lighting inside isn't the best, so we usually keep the door wide open to let the sunlight in. Gandhi Road is always busy with people walking and motorbikes zooming past, so there is plenty of noise from outside. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the complex quite well. Sometimes we go over to the tea stall nearby and bring back a few cups for everyone when it's not too busy. It’s not a fancy boutique or anything like that. The shelves are made of simple wood and are always a bit dusty because of the wind and the road outside. We just try to provide what people ask for and keep things simple without any complications.
