Shree Janki Beauty Parlour &Classes is at number 98 in Shiv Shakti Society. We’re over on Sagar Rukshmani Road in the Puna area of Surat. If you know where Ami Park is, we’re right opposite that. It’s a local place where we do beauty work and also run some classes for girls who want to learn the trade. It isn't a very big shop but there’s enough space for the chairs and the teaching area. We do the usual things like hair cuts, waxing, and threading. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded when the students are here, but we manage. We’ve been in this society for a while now and many of the ladies living nearby are our regular customers. It’s a simple life running a parlor and we enjoy the work. We don't have any fancy machines or big posters on the walls. Just a mirror, some scissors, and the stuff we need for the skin treatments. The students come in the afternoons mostly, so it can get a little noisy then with everyone talking. We just try to teach them how to do things the right way. Most people find us just by walking past the society or hearing about us from a neighbor. We’re just a normal part of the Puna neighborhood and we like it that way. It’s a good spot because it’s easy to find from the main road.
