Shyamsel & Power Ltd.

Shyamsel & Power Ltd. is based out in the village of Dhasna. We are near the Bahadurpur post office and come under the Jamuria police station area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the rural roads, but this is where we have our main operations set up. Being in a village setting gives us the space we need for our power and industrial work that you just can't find in the middle of a town. The atmosphere here is a mix of quiet village life and the hum of our machinery. We employ quite a few local people from around Dhasna and the surrounding district. Most of the day is spent checking on equipment and managing the output. It’s a large site and there is always maintenance to be done somewhere. We don't have a flashy front office; it's mostly just functional rooms where the supervisors sit. The road to Bahadurpur can be a bit rough after the rains, but the trucks still manage to get through. We've been a part of this community for years, and even though we are a "Limited" company, we still run things in a very hands-on way. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on keeping the power and the production going steadily for everyone involved. It’s a big responsibility but we take it one shift at a time and try to keep things running right.
