We are based in Burnpur, specifically at Flat No 42, which is right beside St. Vincent School. It is more of a residential building, so it does not feel like a typical corporate headquarters. Being so close to the school, we hear the sounds of children playing and the school bell ringing throughout the day. It is a nice change from the usual office noise. This location in the Burdwan district is where we manage our local operations. The flat itself is quite basic. We have set up some desks and filing cabinets in the main rooms. It is a bit of a tight fit when the whole team is here at once, but we make it work. We have a small kitchen area where someone is usually making tea or coffee. It feels a bit like working from home, but with all the project files and maps spread out on the tables. We know the people who live in the building and the shopkeepers down the street. It is a friendly neighborhood. Most of the time, our staff are out on various sites, so the office can be quite quiet until the late afternoon. We don't have any glass partitions or shiny reception areas. It is just a plain door with a small nameplate. We prefer it this way because it is practical and keeps us close to the work we are doing in Burnpur. It is just a regular place where we get our daily tasks finished.
