Our place, Atharva Agriclinics And Agribusiness Centre, is located in the Shivashtu Building. We’re in Unit G-5, right there in the Claiming Estate in Green Valley, Pilerne. It’s a nice enough spot in Bardez, Goa. The building is surrounded by quite a bit of greenery, which is fitting for an agriclinic. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy setup. It’s mostly just a ground-floor room where we store our records and meet with people who are into farming or agribusiness. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. People come by to talk about their crops or to see what kind of services we can help with. We have a lot of brochures and notebooks lying around. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment at all. We just provide some guidance and help with the business side of farming. Pilerne is a decent area, not too crowded but close enough to the main roads. Sometimes we’re out on the field, so the office might be locked for an hour, but usually, someone is around. We do a lot of paperwork for local agribusiness projects here. It’s a straightforward operation. We just sit at our desks, drink some tea, and try to solve the problems that the farmers bring to us. No corporate jargon, just talk about soil, plants, and how to make things grow better in the Goan climate. That is mostly what we do every day.
