Shivyant Services

Down here in Town Tikri Patti Dhimana, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. Shivyant Services is right in the heart of the area where everyone knows everyone else. Our shop is just a practical space where we handle various jobs for the local people. The floors are concrete and they get pretty cold in the winter months, so we usually have a small heater tucked under the table. We don’t really have a big sign out front, just a simple one that lets people know they’ve found the right spot. A lot of our day is spent handling different tasks that come up, from fixing things to helping neighbors organize their local needs. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat or to ask a question about a project they’re working on. We keep our tools and supplies in old wooden cabinets that have been here longer than I have. The lighting isn't the best in the back corner, but we make do with a couple of extra lamps when we need to see the fine details. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till the evening lanterns come on. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, so we spend half the day sweeping out the mud that gets tracked in on boots. That’s just life in Dhimana for us.
