Oindrila Enterprise

We are located at Number 7, right near the Chowmatha area in Madhyamgram. It is a busy spot near the New Market and the municipality office. Our place, Oindrila Enterprise, is pretty much a local shop where we handle various goods for the community. It is always a bit noisy outside with the rickshaws and people walking to the market for their daily shopping. We have been in this location for quite a while now. The shop is not very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack our items. It is mostly us dealing with locals who need things for their homes or small businesses nearby. We don’t have any corporate training or big slogans to tell people. We just talk to folks like neighbors because that is what they are. Sometimes we have exactly what they need, and if we don’t, we try to tell them where they might find it. The mornings are usually spent tidying up the shelves and checking what needs to be ordered for the next week. It gets quite crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work and stopping by the market area. We just keep at it, day after day. It is not a glamorous job, but it is our way of being part of the Madhyamgram community. We know most of the people who walk past our door. It is a simple life and a simple business.
