Mani Coconuts

Mani Coconuts is situated out by P.O. Gadepan on the NH 76. We are right along the Kota Baran Road, which sees a lot of long-haul trucks and travelers passing through. Our business is pretty simple because we deal with coconuts. You will see the piles of them when you arrive. It is an outdoor kind of job mostly, so we are at the mercy of the weather. When it rains, we cover everything up with big plastic sheets. When it is sunny, which is most of the time here, we just work in the shade of the eaves. The address might sound a bit out of the way, but for the transport route we are on, it is actually a perfect spot. We have a small area for paperwork, but mostly we are outside checking the quality of the loads coming in. People stop by when they see the sign, and we help them out with whatever they need. It is not a place for suits and ties. We wear what is comfortable for moving heavy bags around. The Kota Baran Road is long and can be lonely, so we enjoy the company when someone stops in. We have been here at Mani Coconuts for a while now, and we just plan on keeping things going exactly how they are, one day at a time.
