Hadoti Organics Agri And Food Farmer Producer Company Limited is a bit of a long name for a group of us farmers. We have our main office at Ratan Lal Goyal’s place in the Old Civil Line in Baran. The zip code is 325205. We are a farmer producer company, which basically means we are a bunch of local farmers who decided to team up. We focus on organic agriculture and food products. Being in the Old Civil Line is handy because it’s a central part of Baran, though it can get a bit noisy with all the traffic and people. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It has some old desks and a lot of registers where we keep track of what everyone is growing. We spend more time out in the fields than we do in the office anyway. We are all just regular people from Rajasthan who know how hard it is to make a living from the land. We wanted to have our own company to handle the food we produce more directly. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes we have disagreements about how to handle things, but we work through it together. We aren't some big city corporation. We are just local farmers trying to do something decent with organic food. It’s a lot of paperwork and manual labor, but we’ve been doing it for years now. We hope to keep the tradition of organic farming going in Baran for a long time.
