Shivkrupa Agro Industries

Shivkrupa Agro Industries is based out of Plot No-G/350 in the MIDC area. It is a purely industrial zone, so there are always machines humming and trucks backing in and out of the gates. We spend our days focused on agro-industrial work. It's not the kind of job where you stay clean. There's always grease or dust or something on your clothes. The plot itself is quite large, which is good because we need the space for the equipment and the processing. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or flashy logos. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The MIDC can be a bit lonely at night when the other shops close up, but during the day, it's a hive of activity. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we handle the paperwork, though it’s mostly just a place to keep the rain off the computer. The guys on the floor know their jobs well, so I don't have to hover too much. We focus on getting the processing right. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. That’s just how it goes when you’re running an agro business. We keep things simple and try to stay on schedule as best as we can. There is always a lot of clatter and movement, but that means we are getting things done.
