We operate Indomint And Soletha Agro Private Limited from House Number 609 in Gokul Nagar. We are right near the Gandhi Ashram in the Nawabganj area of Barabanki. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done. We deal with mint and other agro products, hence the name. It’s a bit of a specialized field, but we enjoy it. The office is just a room in the house where we’ve set up our desks and computers. We spend a lot of time out in the fields too, checking on the crops. Being near the Gandhi Ashram is nice because it’s a recognizable landmark. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us trying to make the business grow. We don't have any slick presentations or marketing materials. We just talk to people face to face. Dealing with agriculture means you have to be patient. You can't rush the plants. We've had some tough years and some good ones. That's just the nature of the work. We keep our overheads low and our focus on the products. Sometimes we get things wrong, like a late delivery or a paperwork error, but we always try to fix it. It’s a simple, local business and we like it that way. We spend our evenings checking the rain gauges and hoping for good weather.
