Our office is located near Narokar, close to the Kotwa Sadak in Barabanki. It is easy to find if you know where the main road is. This building is where we handle things related to plants, fruit trees, and the local forests around here. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers who come in from the nearby villages. The desks are usually covered in paperwork about seeds and subsidies. It is a government spot, so things move at their own pace. Outside, there is a bit of greenery which is nice during the hotter months. We have people coming in all morning asking about mango orchards or how to get help with their farm plots. The walls are a bit plain and the fans hum all day long. Sometimes the road outside gets really dusty because of the traffic on Kotwa Sadak. We are just a small team trying to keep track of the horticulture projects in this part of Barabanki. It gets noisy when the tractors go by. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the local land pretty well. There is no big sign out front, just the usual government board. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while looking over the latest crop reports. It is just a regular workplace for people who care about trees and how things grow in our district.
