Mahaveer Tent House

Mahaveer Tent House is found on Nai Abadi Pala Road. Our business is mostly about making sure people have what they need for their big events and family gatherings. We have a big storage area where we keep all the poles, heavy fabric, and stacks of chairs. It is a lot of physical work, loading and unloading the trucks every time there is a function. The fabric for the tents needs to be cleaned and folded properly, which takes a long time and a lot of space on the floor. When wedding season comes around, we hardly get any sleep at all. We are out in the fields or in front of houses setting things up at all hours of the night. Nai Abadi Pala Road is where we base everything, and people usually just walk in to talk about their dates and how many guests they are expecting. We don’t use any fancy computer systems for bookings, just a big notebook where we write everything down. Sometimes the handwriting is a bit messy, but we haven't missed a job yet. The sun can be brutal when we are working outdoors, and the wind sometimes makes it hard to get the tents just right. But we have been doing this long enough to know all the tricks. It’s just honest work for the community. We take it one day at a time and try to keep everything organized despite how busy it gets.
