We started this place out in Patrasayer a while back. Kakoli Besan is just a small setup here near the post office. Most days it is just us working through the bags of chana. The machinery makes a bit of noise but that is how it goes. People around here know where we are if they need a few kilos for their cooking. We don't do much fancy stuff, just keep the floors swept and the grinder running. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains hard, but we manage to stay open most days. My cousin helps out when the orders get a bit heavy. We handle everything right here in the village. It is not a big factory or anything like that. Just a couple of rooms where we process the flour. You can usually find someone sitting near the door if you drop by. We have been at this location for a good amount of time now. Patrasayer is a quiet place and we like it that way. If the power stays on, we get plenty done before sunset. We don't have a website or anything, just this spot. Most of the folks who buy from us are just neighbors or people passing through the main road. It is honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the week. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or trouble.
