Working at Ifb Agro Industries Ltd means being out in the countryside, far away from the noise of the big cities. We are located in Village Sihar in the Bankura district. To get to us, you usually have to travel via Jairambati, and it’s a long journey through a lot of green fields and small towns. The pace of life here is very different. We don’t have the rush of the city, but we do have the realities of the seasons to deal with. When the monsoon comes, the roads get quite muddy, and everything slows down even more. Our office is a simple building right in the village, and it serves as the hub for all our local activities. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or modern office furniture; we mostly use what we’ve had for years. You can hear the sounds of the village all day, from the local market chatter to the livestock nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we are very much a part of the local community. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have long commutes, which is a nice change from what people in the cities have to deal with. We focus on the agricultural work that needs to be done, following the natural cycles of the year. It’s a quiet, practical life, and we are happy to be a small part of this village.
