Computer World

We are located on Indiragora Road in the Lalbazar area. Computer World is a small shop, mostly filled with monitors, old keyboards, and boxes of cables that we really should organize better. It’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, no matter how much we sweep. We spend most of our time hunched over a workbench with small screwdrivers and soldering irons. People bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or when they've spilled something on them. We don't have a big sales floor. It is mostly a repair spot where we try to fix what is broken. Sometimes it takes longer than we expect because parts are hard to find. We have a small TV in the corner that we keep on for the news, but mostly we just listen to the sound of fans blowing. There is a lot of clutter around, but we generally know where the important stuff is kept. It’s just a couple of us here. We don't wear uniforms or have fancy titles. If you come in, you'll probably see us working on a motherboard or talking to a customer about their hard drive. It is a straightforward business. We open up in the morning, do the repairs, and try to get everything back to people as fast as we can. Some days are slow and we just clean up the tools or sort the screws.
