Our place is at No.17 in Phase 1 of the Peenya Industrial Area. It’s a big industrial zone, and HIND HIGH Vacuum Co Pvt.Ltd. has a spot right in the thick of it. We work with vacuum technology, which sounds complicated, but it’s really just a lot of technical parts and testing. The building isn't anything special to look at. Inside, there are labs and assembly areas where things have to be kept fairly clean. We spend a lot of time looking at gauges and checking seals. It can be tedious work sometimes, but it’s what we do. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know how the old machines behave. Peenya is always busy, so getting in and out can be a chore with the traffic. We don't have any big slogans or marketing teams. We just have engineers and technicians who show up and do their tasks. Sometimes a project goes perfectly, and other times we have to start over because something didn't seal right. That’s just the nature of this kind of work. We aren't a high-gloss corporation. We’re just a group of people in an industrial park making specialized equipment. It’s practical, everyday work for us. We keep a coffee machine in the corner, and it gets a lot of use during the afternoon slump. We’re just trying to keep the quality steady and the customers satisfied with what we provide.
