Wuerth Electronics

We are located at a building called Aashraya, which is number 8 on 1st Cross, right off Lalbagh Road in Bangalore. It’s a central spot in the city, so we are close to the gardens and all the traffic that comes with being in Bangalore-27. Wuerth Electronics has been here for a bit, and it’s a busy little office. We don't have a giant campus; it's more of a traditional office space where everyone knows each other. The street outside is always full of vehicles and people heading towards the market or the park. Inside, we just focus on our daily tasks. There’s a lot of talk about electronics and logistics throughout the day. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and that’s usually where most of the non-work chatting happens. The building itself is older, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the flashiest company on Lalbagh Road. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. Sometimes the Bangalore rain makes the 1st Cross a bit messy, but we are used to it by now. It’s a simple, honest way of working. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just us at Wuerth Electronics, doing what needs to be done in our corner of the city. We keep the files organized and the phone lines open, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
