Universal Building Products is on the second floor over in Chittaranjan Park. It is a different vibe being in a residential area like C.R. Park compared to an industrial zone. We are right on the main road at K-1/17. You can hear the traffic and the people outside all day. The office is not huge, but it fits us just fine. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at drawings. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when we take a break for lunch. We deal with building supplies, so there is always talk about cement, tiles, or whatever else is needed for a site. It is not just paperwork; we have to make sure the materials actually get where they are going. We are not one of those places with a glass front and a receptionist. You just walk up the stairs and find us. Usually, there is a lot of talk and maybe some chai going around. We have been here a few years now, and the neighbors know us. It is a busy spot in Delhi, and things move fast. We try to keep up without making too much of a fuss. We do not have a big corporate story. We just sell products that people need to build their homes and offices. It is straightforward work for us every day. We just try to keep things moving.
