We are located over at No 12, Nti Layout, which is part of the Rmv 2nd Stage area. It’s 1st Main and 1st Cross, right in Dollars Colony. Phoenix Building Products India Pvt Ltd has been around this neighborhood for a while. It’s not like the big industrial parks; it’s a bit more settled here. We handle all sorts of building materials and products. The office gets a lot of visitors coming in to ask about supplies for their houses or projects. It’s usually pretty busy with phones ringing and people looking at samples. We have stuff piled up in the back and sometimes it’s a bit of a mess to find exactly what you need right away. The street outside is mostly quiet compared to the main roads, but we get delivery trucks coming and going quite often. We don’t have a massive warehouse on-site, just the main office and some storage. It’s a decent place to work. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and folks from the area. The building isn't brand new, it has some character, I guess you could say. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to send out the invoices. We just keep things moving as best as we can. Phoenix is just a regular company trying to keep up with all the building going on around India these days.
