True Pack Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 485 on the 13th Cross in the 4th Phase of Peenya Industrial Area. Peenya is one of those places where you can easily get lost because every street looks the same with all the factories and warehouses. We are right in the middle of it. Our work is all about packaging. We have some large machines for cutting and sealing that take up most of the space. It’s a very industrial environment. We don’t have a garden or a fancy lobby. When you walk in, you’re basically on the production floor. There’s always the sound of tape dispensers and heavy machinery in the background. We have a small crew and most of us have been working together for several years now. We know each other's habits and how to get the work done without much talking. The office is just a small room partitioned off with some plywood. We handle all the billing and orders from there. Sometimes the materials don't arrive on time and we have to shuffle the schedule, which can be a bit stressful. But usually, we just keep our heads down and keep the machines running. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we do. We don't make any big claims about ourselves. We just show up and do the packing work every day.
