Think Deck Ventures Llp is located at number 115 on the second floor. We are right on TC Palya Main Road in Muneshwara Nagar. If you know where the Annamma Temple is, we are pretty close to that. The road is always busy with people heading to the temple or just commuting. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's just a bunch of desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We moved to this second-floor space because the rent was fair and the location was easy to explain to people. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the main road, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows and the computer screens. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just divvy up the work and get on with it. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when there's a festival at the temple and the whole street gets blocked off by vendors and crowds. We just plan around it. We aren't really about the startup lifestyle you see on TV. We’re just a business trying to stay organized and keep the lights on. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we usually only go down for lunch and then stay up here until the evening. It’s a solid place to work for us.
