Tata Tele Services

We are located at number 24 on Banaswadi Main Road. If you know the area, you know how busy this road can get, especially during the morning rush. The Tata Tele Services sign is visible from the street, but you have to watch out for the traffic when you are trying to pull over. Our shop is a modest size. We have been here long enough that the regulars don't even need to look at the signs anymore. It is mostly about helping people with their phone connections and service issues. The floor is a bit worn down from all the people walking in and out over the years. We have a small fan that hums in the corner, which is basically the soundtrack to our workday. Sometimes the rain comes down hard and we have to put a bucket near the door because of a small leak, but we manage. It is a very local vibe here. We know the shopkeepers on both sides of us quite well. We share tea in the afternoons when things quiet down a bit. There is no corporate script here; we just talk to people like normal neighbors. If someone has a problem with their service, we look into it. It is not complicated. We just show up, do the work, and keep the doors open for whoever needs us.
