Sri Ambika Chemicals

We’re based in the Ambika Complex on Magadi Main Road. It’s a crowded building with lots of other shops, but we’re at number 42. Agrahara Dasarahalli is a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. We handle chemicals for all sorts of local uses. The shop is filled with drums and containers of various sizes. It’s mostly my brother and me running the show. We’ve been here for several years now. The floor is stained from old spills, and there’s always a faint chemical smell in the air. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know we’re here and come by when they need stuff. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading. It’s dusty work because of all the traffic on Magadi Road. The shutters go up early and stay up late. Sometimes we have tea with the guys from the shop next door while we wait for a delivery truck. It’s a basic setup, but it works for us. We keep a ledger for all the sales, written by hand mostly. The overhead lights are a bit dim, but we know where everything is. It’s a hard-working neighborhood, and we fit right in with the rest of the traders. Sri Ambika Chemicals isn't about anything other than getting the right stuff to the right people. It’s noisy and busy, but that’s just life on Magadi Road. We wouldn't know what to do with a quiet day anyway.
