We are based over at No 22 on the 31st Main Road, 2nd Stage, right near the Namdhari Fresh in Domlur. It’s a handy spot because we can just walk over for snacks or supplies when we need a break. We work in biotechnology, but don't let the name make you think it’s all white coats and sterile rooms. It’s a lot more practical than that. We spend our time looking at how to make things grow better without using too many chemicals. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of samples and folders taking up space on the desks. We are a small team and we’ve all been here long enough that we don’t need much management to get through the day. We just get on with the research and the testing. Sometimes a project doesn't go the way we planned, and we have to start all over again from the beginning. That’s just how it is with bio stuff. Domlur is a nice area, even if the traffic on the main road gets a bit much in the evenings. We like it here though. We aren't out there making big speeches about the future of the world. We’re just trying to figure out some better ways to handle crops and pests. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We aren't fancy, just a group of people who care about the work.
