We are located at No. 18 on Dr. Nair Road in T. Nagar, which is a busy part of the city to be making medicine. Softgel Health Care has been operating from this building for a while now. When you walk in, it doesn't look like a fancy hospital or anything, just a place where people are busy working on capsules and health products. Making softgels is a bit of a messy process behind the scenes, even if the final product looks clean and shiny. We have to keep things very tidy, of course, but there’s always the sound of machinery and the smell of the ingredients being mixed. The staff here are mostly local people who have learned the trade over many years. We don't spend much time on big meetings or corporate talk; we just focus on getting the batches right and making sure the packaging is done properly. T. Nagar is so crowded that sometimes getting our delivery vans in and out of Dr. Nair Road is the hardest part of the whole day. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a steady kind of job, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the machines and the constant checking of the labels. It’s just what we do, and we’ve been doing it here in this same spot for a long time.
