We are over at Instrumentation House, which is located at No. 19 on Mysore Deviation Road. If you know where Minerva Hall is in Gopalapuram, we are right near there. It’s a busy part of town. Instrument Research Associates Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this building for quite a while. We use P. B. 2304 for our official mail. The building itself has a lot of character, though it shows its age in some spots. Inside, it’s mostly about the technical stuff. We have workbenches with tools and pieces of equipment scattered around. It’s not the tidiest place, but we know exactly where everything is. The traffic on Mysore Deviation Road can be pretty loud, especially with the buses going by. We usually keep the fans running to stay cool. There’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking through technical drawings or checking data. We don't really do much in terms of decorating the place. It’s more about having a solid roof over our heads and enough space to work on the instruments. Gopalapuram is a good neighborhood with plenty of small shops nearby where we grab snacks. The staff here has been together for years, so we’re like a small family. We just come in, do the research and the assembly work, and try to keep everything running smoothly without much fuss.
