Our business is located in the Chandra Bhavan Building, specifically units 102 and 103, over at Colonel's Nest on Rhenius Road. We are right near Nanjappa Circle in Langford Town. This part of Bangalore has a lot of history, and we have been part of the neighborhood for a long time. We deal in hardware, so our shelves are usually packed with all kinds of tools, fixtures, and metal parts. It can be a bit overwhelming for some people when they first walk in because there is so much to look at. We try to keep things in some kind of order, but in a hardware store, that’s always a challenge. My staff and I spend the day helping people find that one specific screw or hinge they need. It is a lot of talking and searching through bins. We get all sorts of customers, from professional contractors to people just trying to fix something at home. The area around Rhenius Road is usually quite busy, so there is a lot of energy outside our doors. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, help the people who come in, and make sure we have the stock people are looking for. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it has worked for us over the years here in Langford Town. We just like being the place where people can find what they need for their repairs and projects.
