Sri Balaji Plywoods & Hardware

Our shop is located at Site No.1, Katha No. 127. We are right opposite Agara Lake on the Agara Main Road. It’s a good spot because we get to see the water, though the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare sometimes. We have been here for a while now. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with plywood sheets and all kinds of hardware. We have hinges, screws, locks, and handles tucked into every corner. It smells like wood and metal in here. People come in looking for specific things for their home repairs. Sometimes they have a list and sometimes they just describe what they need. We spend a good part of the day climbing ladders to get things down from the top shelves. It’s not a polished store. It’s more of a place where you come to get what you need for a project. The floors are a bit worn down from people walking in and out all day. When the weather is nice, we leave the front wide open to get some air. You can hear the buses going by and the horns honking constantly. It is just a regular local hardware store. We know most of the carpenters who work in the area. They stop by to pick up supplies or just to chat for a minute. We try to keep everything in stock so nobody has to wait too long for their materials. It's just us doing our work.
