You can find us over at Basaveshwara Nagar Danilimda 863. This is the home of Silicon Components Pvt Ltd. We work with those tiny electronic parts that go into almost everything these days. The office is tucked away, and if you are not looking for the number, you might walk right past it. Inside, it is all about organization. We have thousands of small drawers filled with resistors, capacitors, and chips. If one thing gets put in the wrong place, it takes forever to find it again. Most of our time is spent counting out pieces for orders and packing them into anti-static bags. It is quiet work for the most part. We have a couple of magnifying lamps for checking the labels on the really small stuff. The building gets a lot of sunlight in the morning, which is nice. We have a small table where we eat our lunch together. Usually, someone brings food from home and shares it around. We are not a giant corporation with layers of management. It is just us and a lot of tiny components. Sometimes the delivery drivers get lost looking for the address, so we have to go out to the main road to flag them down. It is a steady pace of work. We keep track of everything in a big ledger and on an old computer that sometimes acts up.
