Our office is located at Number 68 on 10th Main in Chandra Nagar. We’re tucked away in the Kumaraswamy Layout area, not too far from JP Nagar. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part. We’ve been operating out of this building for several years. It’s a modest space where we take care of various systems and service requests. We don’t have a big reception desk or a sign that lights up the street. It’s just a regular door and some office rooms inside. The team here is pretty small. We all know each other well. Most of our day is spent handling calls or working on technical bits. JP Nagar has grown a lot, but our little corner remains much the same. We usually have tea together in the afternoon. It’s a very informal environment. We wear regular clothes and talk about the news or the weather while we work. The space is a bit cluttered with parts and tools. That’s what happens when you’re doing this kind of work for a long time. We find what we need eventually. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don’t see any reason to change how we do things. People around here know where to find us if they need something fixed or checked. It's a simple, honest setup. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work.
