You can find us at 10 & 11 Mount Road in Saidapet. Sasudina Packaging Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this corner for a long time. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our doors with the traffic and the shops nearby. Inside, we’re mostly busy with the machines and making sure the packaging materials are cut and folded correctly. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there’s a certain rhythm to it that we all enjoy. We don’t have a fancy corporate office with glass walls or expensive furniture. Our walls are covered with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves over the months. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we use that time to clean up or just have a chat. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle packaging and we do it without making a big fuss or using complicated jargon. People around Saidapet know our name, but we don't go out of our way to be famous. We just want to get the orders out on time for whoever needs them. The floor is usually covered in scrap paper or bits of plastic by the end of the shift, but we sweep it up and start over the next morning. It’s a simple way to make a living, and it works for us. We’re just glad to have a steady place to work here on Mount Road.
