We’ve been over here at Residency Road for a while now. Garibnagar Char Rasta is usually busy, so finding number 25 isn't too hard if you know the landmark. We deal with internetworking stuff, mostly cables, switches, and setting up systems so computers actually talk to each other. It’s a lot of technical work, but we just get on with it. Some days are quieter than others. Usually, people call us when their office network stops working or they need a new setup. It's just Safas Internetworking Technologies. We aren't a huge team, but we know where every wire goes in the racks we build. If you walk past the Char Rasta, you've probably seen our sign. We keep things pretty simple around here. No fancy uniforms or anything, just work clothes. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear the phones, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time crimping cables and testing connections. It's dusty work sometimes, especially when we have to go under floors or behind walls. We've seen a lot of changes on Residency Road over the years. Most people around here know us for being regular. We open the doors, check the emails, and start the day's tasks. It isn't always exciting, but keeping the internet running for folks matters. We keep a few spare parts in the back just in case someone needs a quick fix.
