Sab Plascons

We’re situated at 201/1A on the Kudlu Village Main Road, right near the Madiwala Post office. It’s an area that’s seen a lot of changes over the years, but we’ve stayed put in the same spot. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but it has enough room for our daily operations. We work with plastics here, mostly under the name Sab Plascons. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and checking the output from the machines to make sure everything looks okay. We have a small crew and we all pitch in where needed. Sometimes that means I'm in the office doing the books, and other times I’m out there helping load the van or checking the inventory. The main road can get pretty backed up with traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home, so we try to get our shipping done early in the day. We don’t use any fancy management systems or software; we just keep a chalkboard with the week’s tasks on it. It’s a bit old-fashioned, I guess, but it works for us and keeps everyone on the same page. The space gets a bit dusty being so close to the road, but we try to keep the work area as clean as possible. We’re just regular people doing a regular job. We’ve been part of the Madiwala community for a long time now. It's a straightforward setup and we like it that way.
