Rolta India Limited Bangalore is situated over at Mira Sadan, specifically No. 138 in the Rhb Colnoy area of Mahadevpur. We are right on the 2nd Main off Whitfield Road. If you know Bendrenagar, we aren't too far from there. The office is pretty much what you’d expect from a place in Bangalore. It gets quite crowded during the morning hours when everyone is trying to get to their desks. We spend a lot of time on our systems here. It is a lot of technical stuff that keeps us occupied from morning until evening. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up in this spot. There used to be more trees, but now it’s mostly buildings and traffic. We have a small pantry where we drink way too much coffee just to stay awake through the long afternoons. Sometimes the power flickers, but the backup usually kicks in fast enough. It’s a busy atmosphere with people talking over each other and the hum of servers in the background. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most folks find us because they have business with us specifically. It’s a solid team here, even if we all get a bit stressed when deadlines are close. We just try to get the tasks done and go home to beat the traffic. It’s just how things go.
