We are set up at 6Btm House in the Hubli area, specifically around Vijaya Nagar. It’s a decent spot for us because it’s easy for people to find when they are coming in from the outskirts of the city. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular office and storage space where we keep track of all the chemicals and fertilizers going out to the local farms. Hubli can get really dusty, especially during the dry months, and our windows usually have a thin layer of it by the end of the week. Inside the office, it’s mostly stacks of ledgers and the sound of the old ceiling fans clicking away. We get a lot of farmers and distributors coming through the door, usually early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the heat becomes a problem. Most of us here have been with the company for a long time, so we know the daily routine by heart. There’s no fancy lobby or coffee machine; we usually just get tea from the stall across the street when we have a minute to spare. The work is mostly about logistics and making sure the bags are loaded onto the trucks correctly. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We just stay busy with the orders and try to keep things organized in the warehouse as best as we can.
