S. M. Impex

S. M. Impex is tucked away in Doddanekkundi, right near Marathahalli. We are at No. 101 in the Sri Maheshwari Nilaya building. If you’ve ever tried driving through Marathahalli, you know how the traffic can be, so we try to get most of our work done early before the roads get completely jammed. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside the building. We handle import and export tasks from here. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep our records and handle the phones. It feels more like a house than a workplace sometimes, which is nice. We aren't interested in making things look flashy for customers. We just focus on the actual work of moving products. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is around here. Our neighbors are mostly families or other small shops. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and people know they can just drop by if they have a question about a shipment. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the job every day. We drink a lot of tea and stay busy with the paperwork. It’s a decent way to earn a living, and being close to Marathahalli helps with logistics even if the noise is a bit much at times. We're happy here.
