Mts Store

The Mts Store is situated at Sanjay Nagar L B S Marg, Mulund West 3. It’s a busy spot right along the margin of the main road. There’s always a lot of traffic going by, which makes the front of the shop pretty noisy. Inside, we just do our best to keep things in order. It’s a small shop, and we have to be smart about where we put everything so it doesn't get too cluttered. We don’t have a big corporate office or a boss in another city. It’s just us here on L B S Marg. We open up the shutters every morning and start by checking what we sold the day before. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy displays. We just put the stuff on the shelves where it fits. Sometimes the phone rings and we can't get to it right away because we’re busy with someone in the store. We don’t use any marketing tricks or polished language. We just tell people what we have and what we don’t. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve seen a lot of other shops come and go, but we’ve managed to stay right here at number 3. We don't have any big secrets to it; we just show up every day and do the work that needs doing. It’s a bit tiring sometimes, but we are used to it by now.
